Ther Fabrication Shop of the company handles turnkey jobs for major Industries and Ministries in Kuwait, in addition to the requirements of in-house projects.

Being established with the objective of catering to the market of heavy structural jobs such as Bulk Tanks, Vessals, Structural and Pipe Spool Fabrication works, the Fabrication Shop has succesfully achieved the goal and stands as the premium fabrication shop in Kuwait

The shop is equipped with most modern fabrication equipment capable of handling a wide range of fabrication works. To name a few…

Plate & Structural Rolling Machines: With capacity to handle 3 Meter wide & 42 mm thick sheets and 450 mm size structural sections

Hydraulic Presses: Capable of handling 25 mm thick, 3 meter dia plates, for fabrication on Dish Ends, Cones, Drill Punching etc.

Pipe Bending Machines: Used for cold bending of pipes up to 12 inches dia.

Automatic Welding Machines: This facility enhances the production rate and assures quality. The machine is provided with manipulators and power rollers. The machine has an handling capacity of up to 60 tons, 5.5 Mt dia vessela and equipment

Machining Facilities: Large machining work as well as small precision works can be carried out with this facility. The facility can handle flanges and discs of size up to 1 Meter dia.

Material Handling Facilities: The shop is equipped with two electrically operated capacity for handling heavy work pieces. The cranes enable free movements of heavy metal parts to any corner of the shop with ease, without causing any hazard to the work piece or to the working personnel.

Drilling Machines: Capable of handling Radial Drilling of size up to 52 mm dia.

Airless Spray Painting Facilities: For high quality painting works

High Pressure Pumps: High Pressure Water Jet pump is used for cleaning internal and external surfaces of vessels, tubes bundles of exchangers etc.

Some of the major jobs carried by the Fabrication shop are briefed below:

• Design, Fabrication and Erection of 1 No. Fixed Cone Roof, Vertical Raw Water Storage Tank as per API 650, including appurtenances like shell, stairway, platforms, nozzles, piping etc. for the ministry of Electricity & Water, Government of Kuwait.
• Design, Fabrication and Erection of 4 Nos. Horizondal Tanks with ASME Sec. Viii, API 650 and BS-2594 specifications for storing Hcl and NaOH, for the Ministry of Electricity & Water, Government of Kuwait.
• Fabrication and Supply of 2 Nos. Anti-Oxide Kerosene Tanks – Vertical Fixed Roof type as per API-650 specification, for Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Design, Fabrication and Erection of 4 Nos. Underground Fuel Storage Tanks as per BS-2594 and API Bulletin No.1611 specification, including fabrication of tankshell, dish ends, man-ways, saddles, stiffing rings etc., for Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Design, Fabrication, Supply and Erection of 1 No.30.5 Meter dia Fixed Cone Roof Crude Oil Storage Tank as per API 650 specification for Kuwait Oil Company
• Design, Fabrication and Erection of 1 No. Fixed Cone Roof Vertical Condensate Storage Tank of 20 m dia and 14 m height, as per API 650, including appurtenances, shell, stairway, platforms, nozzles etc. for the Steam System Revamping Project at Mina Abdulla Refinery, Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Design, Fabrication and Erection of 2 Nos. Double-Walled stack for Boilers of 10ft dia 100 ft height for the Steam System Revamping Project at Mina Abdulla Refinery of Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Fabrication and supply of Aboveground and underground pipelines of various sizes varying from 1” to 16” including heavy wall piping for the reconstruction of Gathering Center No.25 (GC-25) in North Kuwait Oil Fields.
• Design, Fabrication and Erection of air inlet and oulet ducts for 2 Nos. Boilers for the Steam System Revamping Project at Mina Abdulla Refinery of Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Fabrication and supply of carbon steel, stainless steel and rolly steel pipelines for the Steam System Revamping Project at Mina Abdulla Refinery of Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
• Fabrication, Supply and Erection of Sleeves pipes at North Kuwait Oil Fields. Work included sleeving of underground Service Piplines of Various diameters ranging from 2” to 40” and associated works like cable markers, crash bars etc
