Major Projects Executed

• 3 years call off contract with  Qatar Fertilizer Company to do on line leak sealing and line safety valve testing. Contract value QAR 1000,000.00
  

• 5 years contract with Qatar Petrochemical Co. for testing safety valves on line. Total value estimated QAR 1500000.00
  

• Completed repair of corroded drain nozzles using Newly developed Composite repair technique. Based on carbon fibre and epoxy resin, the materials are up to ten times as strong  and twice  stiff as steel. They are easy to handle, require minimum access for installation, and are flexible. Total value QAR 460.000.00. Duration 20 days.
  

• Machined in-situ oil grooves on lower half of GE gas turbins at Qatar GAs using Furmanite milling machine. Total Value QAR 47000.00. Duration 4 days.
  

• Machine hydrogen compressor and motor pads in-situ at QVC using Furmanite milling and Micro alignment optical sweeper to maintain the level between the pads. These pads were two meters apart. Total Value QAR 49,750.00
  

• Sealed a Hydrogen leak on top flange (66" Dia, 540 degree C., 14 bar) of a reactor at QP Refinery Mesaeed. The other option for the refinery was to take costly shutdown to change the gasket conventionally. Total Value QAR 29,400.00.
